Refund Policy

While we hope you’ll be happy with your service, we know you may sometimes need to cancel it. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know:

To get your full refund you must cancel the service within the first 60 days of the service activation date. We also use this policy at our discretion if we have to cancel your service before the contract period is complete.

Cancellations must be made in writing to us either by email sent to info@airnetuk.com or by recorded letter delivered to:

We do not accept cancellations by telephone.

When we receive your cancellation request, we will arrange to collect all of the supplied equipment from you, and upon safe receipt of the supplied equipment, we will return any agreed payment to you. This is within 5 working days following safe collection of our equipment.
